Since then, Destiny has helped numerous families across the region, earning a Best of the ’Burg 2025 award — a reflection of the dedication, late nights, and genuine heart she pours into her work.

She’s especially passionate about working with single moms. “Helping them reach the closing table and seeing their joy — that’s what it’s all about,” Destiny shared.
More Than a Realtor — A Community Builder
When Destiny isn’t helping clients buy or sell homes, she’s giving back to the community she loves. She’s organized and sponsored family-friendly events like a Back-to-School Bash, Easter Egg Hunt, Vet-to-Vet Cafés, Trunk or Treat, and even coaches girls’ basketball.
Through the Homes by Darcy team, she also supports a scholarship at the University of Central Missouri, helping reduce homelessness within the student population.
When asked what she hopes families feel when they work with her, she said, “I want them to feel genuinely cared for...like they’re in good hands. This isn’t just about real estate. It’s about creating community.”
