Phase 2: Be a Community Hero —
Help Build Warrensburg’s Sensory Gym
My Little Town Indoor Playroom has already given Warrensburg a space where children can explore freely, safely, and joyfully. Now, they’re stepping into something even bigger — a full sensory gym designed for regulation, inclusion, and therapeutic play.
What Phase 2 Will Bring
The new sensory gym will include:
- Dim, calming lighting
- Quiet corners for emotional regulation
- Movement-friendly sensory equipment
- Therapeutic swings and soft structures
- A sensory pit for safe, tactile exploration
- A peaceful environment for children who become overwhelmed easily

This will be a life-changing resource for neurodivergent children, sensory seekers and families who often feel they have nowhere that truly fits their child’s needs.
“I stand by my support for this much needed expansion. My Little Town is already in place, trusted and they have made it because a community believes they’re worth it. Community members should be jumping at this incredible opportunity to support something local in our community that is vital to our sensory community.”
How You Can Help
My Little Town has had this Sensory Gym Mission in the works for over 2 years but they cannot complete Phase 2 alone. They need community partners, families, and local businesses to bring this dream to life.
When you contribute — as a business, family, or individual donor — your name will be permanently displayed on the Sensory Gym Wall of Heroes, honoring everyone who helped build this safe haven for our local community.
